It’s all starts again next Thursday 12th September.

There’s only one week to go now until the Trad Academy starts up again and I’m really excited about the new courses.  As well as the folk tunes course, the sea shanty choir continues and are performing their first ever gig at the Thames Festival!

What’s more we’ve got a brand new course called how to play jazz (which will be an ear led introduction to jazz improvisation) and in October a three week course on Scottish Country Dancing with an option to travel to Scotland to dance at a County Ball on November 8th.  There’ll be even more dancing at Chats Palace over the winter months with monthly Cut a Shine Barn Dances featuring guest folk bands from all around the UKWow!  What a lot of stuff!  There’s dates and details below and as usual please do help us spread the word and forward this e-mail to friends who you think might be interested.

Look forward to seeing you all next Thursday 12th September!
